Pyrsos puts an AI assistant on a business’s phone line, website, and calendar. That is a job you only hand to a machine you can check. This page states the rules the system runs under: it never pretends to be a person, it stays inside the rules you set, and everything it does is on the record.
Every install ships with a disclosure line at the top of the greeting that says the caller is talking with an AI assistant. It never pretends to be a person. Ask it straight and it tells you straight. That line is not a preference. It is written into our Master Service Agreement, and no install goes live without it.
It answers from your playbook. Your services, your service area, your policies. Anything outside your rules books a visit instead of a guess. It quotes only the price rules you set. No rule, no number.
A send that breaks a rule does not go out. When a customer texts STOP, that number is blocked in the code that does the sending, and a message to a blocked number does not send. The same pattern runs through the whole system: when a rule and a message disagree, the message loses.
We test it before it ever takes a call. We try to break it before you ever hear it. You pick the voice and approve every rule before it takes a single call. And we take the call with you before anything goes live.
The assistant’s job is the intake and the calendar: a yes on the phone becomes a job on the calendar. It does not sign anything, close a deal, or make a promise you did not write. When a call needs you, it gets you. An urgent message does not wait for morning. It goes to your on-call flow, transcript attached.
Every call it takes is logged word for word. Every quote is logged with exactly what was said. Log in to the app and read any conversation end to end. Your weekly report shows every job it counted, with the records behind every dollar. If you want to know what the machine said, you read exactly what the machine said.
Your contacts, recordings, and job history are yours. Cancel and get a full export within 15 days, automatic, no fee. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customers’ messages to advertise to them. Card payments run through a licensed processor under bank-grade rules; the card number never lands on our systems. The full detail lives in the Privacy Policy.
The system sits behind your existing number through forwarding that lives on your own carrier account, any carrier. Turn forwarding off and calls ring the old way that night. No porting. Nothing held hostage.
It works your own phone line and your own leads. It does not dial strangers, does not buy lists, and does not pose as a person. Judgment calls that belong to you come to you.
Email [email protected] with the number and the time, and a human reads it by the next business day. In the app, support is answered by an assistant first, and it says so. Anything it cannot settle goes to a person.
